Refund Policy

If Damaged/Defective Product: In case you receive a damaged/defective product. Please email the image/order number/details to management@flowergift.in within 24 hours of receipt. We will either replace the product or refund the amount in wallet instantly or in bank account 7-10 days.

We have the reserved rights to cancel any order for whatsoever such as any unexpected circumstances that may arise and that leads to cancelling your order.

While orders are getting processed, they cannot be canceled or modified. If the customer wants to modify or cancel the order, we are here to help or write us management@flowergift.in. The help desk remains active 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM. If the order is in process (track order data) mode, it is possible to modify or cancel the order. If the order has been confirmed, you may be charged to cancel the order.

It is required to give at least 48 hours’ notice in advance.

In case of Cancellation of order, you need to inform via email from your registered email id, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, moreover cancellation fee will be applicable.

Refund policy: Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer/Refund to Card or Wallet used for making payment. Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days. It will be made only to the account of the person who has made the payment and not to a third party account.

Product not as described: In case you receive a product which is not as per the description on the website. Please send us a email with a picture/order no/details to management@flowergift.in within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Return: If the product received is damaged, wrong product, defective or not as per the website then we will initiate the return shipping. Returns & Refunds are not possible for personalised orders unless damaged or defective. For any other issue or exchange if possible, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.

We are not responsible for any additional charges, loss of the profits, emotional stress and any other liability caused due to the inability of flower delivery.
